Shopping cart, metal crinoline, and cloth birds. A callback to Jana Sterback’s “Remote Control”, confined by a woman’s crinoline from the 1900s, this piece adds a shopping cart, an object of the industrialized world, as indicator of a consumer society gone too far.

Designer: Maud Rostaing

Performers: Tara Terrick, Geoffrey Heaney
